As a Producer on our team, you will work a combination of warm leads and cold calling (provided list) to build a book of Commercial Property and Casualty clients that service our nation's economy. During your first year, you will be given the training and education you need to help you be a successful producer. This includes Truck Producer School and the opportunity to earn a S.T.R. (Specialist in Transportation and Risk) designation -- two unique training programs offered exclusively by Great West Casualty Company.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for people and developing sales relationships
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow- we are willing to train the right person
- Outstanding customer service
- Time management and ability to multi-task
- Goal oriented and open to making contacts via phone and networking
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be willing to obtain a commercial agents license and additional education (assistance in obtaining license)
